installing clothes lines allowed. |

space heaters allowed. |

generators are permitted to use in the park. |

No
wood burning fires, no open fires are allowed.
BBQ'S and Hibachis in approved Containers

No
pets over 40 pounds nor Pit Bulls are allowed.

11 |
You
are required by law to pick up after your
pet. Walk your pets outside the Park only!

12 |
Pets
must be inside your RV at all times. And
must be on a leash when walking them outside.

13 |
Quiet
hours are from 11 PM until 7 AM. |
|
14 |
Visitors
and their vehicle must check in with the
front office first. Unidentified vehicle
will be towed away at owner's expense. |

15 |
No
visitors after 11 PM. |
|
16 |
Park
your vehicle within your assigned space.
If you park your vehicle in other than your
assigned space you must obtain a parking
pass from the office so that you can display
the parking sticker on your window. |

17 |
No
vehicles are allowed to park in any RV space.
It will be towed away at owner's expense
if the space is needed. |
|
18 |
No
vehicle washing, repairing or changing oil
allowed. |
|
19 |
No
let or sublet allowed. |
|
20 |
Duration
of stay is limited to 28 days. |
|
21 |
No
dishes, utensils washing in the restroom
allowed. |
|
22 |
Speed
limit in the park is 5 MPH. |
|
23 |
Management
reserves the rights to move you to another
space if needed at no cost to the park.
|
|
24 |
The
Park will not be responsible for lost or
stolen articles. |
|
25 |
No
bicycles, motorcycles, minibikes, scooters,
skateboards, or ball playing allowed. Children
must be supervised at all time. |

26 |
Place
garbage on the curb in front of your motorhome
or place it in the nearest Garbage bins.
|

Storage
of items underneath or anywhere outside
of your RV is disallowed |

No
cancellation on the dates of 49ers football
game. No cancellation on 4th of July Holiday.
Cancellation 7 days prior of arrival, no
charges. Cancellation within 7 days of your
arrival will be charged for one night of
stay. |

Please

We reserve the rights to refuse service
to anyone. |

Failure to renew for an overstay will cause RV to be towed away at owner's expenses, ony if the space is needed.
